Prince Ifoh is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of PAIR, a Pan-African scholar, and institutional leader committed to advancing African intellectual leadership. His work is centered on strengthening research ecosystems across the continent and positioning Africa as a key contributor to global knowledge systems.
With a strong foundation in political economy, governance, and African development, Prince is passionate about building platforms that amplify African voices, foster policy dialogue, and drive meaningful change. His vision is rooted in ensuring that Africa is not just a subject of study, but a leading producer of knowledge shaping global discourse.
Experience
Prince Ifoh brings extensive experience in research, institutional development, and international collaboration. As Executive Director of PAIR, he leads the organization’s strategic direction, focusing on building partnerships and expanding its global footprint.
He is the founder of the Young African Leaders Forum (YALF), a continental initiative dedicated to leadership development, civic engagement, and policy dialogue. He also serves as the founding editor of the Young African Leaders Journal of Development (YALJOD), a peer-reviewed platform that promotes African scholarship in governance, education, and development.
His professional experience includes research roles at the Radow Institute for Social Equity (RISE) at Kennesaw State University, as well as leading the design of training materials for a USAID-funded $2 million capacity-building project. He has also contributed to international academic exchange as a Visiting Short-Term Scholar at Kennesaw State University.
