Prince Ifoh is a Pan-African scholar and institutional leader whose work focuses on advancing African intellectual leadership, strengthening research ecosystems, and expanding the global visibility of African scholarship. His work sits at the intersection of political economy, governance, and African development, with a focus on repositioning Africa as a producer of knowledge and a driver of global intellectual discourse. He is the founder of the Young African Leaders Forum (YALF), a continental platform dedicated to leadership development, civic engagement, and policy dialogue, and the founding editor of the Young African Leaders Journal of Development (YALJOD), a peer-reviewed publication amplifying African research in governance, education, and development. His scholarship has been published in reputable journals such as the Review of African Political Economy (ROAPE). He has held research roles at the Radow Institute for Social Equity (RISE) at Kennesaw State University and has led the design of training materials for a USAID-funded $2 million capacity-building project. He was also invited to serve as a Visiting Short-Term Scholar at Kennesaw State University.

As Executive Director of PAIR, Prince leads institutional strategy and partnerships, working to build platforms that strengthen Africa’s research systems and position African knowledge at the center of global discourse.
