Dr. Sombo Muzata

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sombo Muzata earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot Watt University. A trained Chartered Accountant of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Dr. Muzata also received executive training from the University of Oxford’s Said Business School. Her research is at the intersection of governance and business, and she is published in the Journal of African Business, Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting & Financial Management, and Administrative Theory & Praxis.

Prince Ifoh

Co-Founder and Executive Director

Prince Ifoh is a Pan-African scholar and institutional leader whose work focuses on advancing African intellectual leadership, strengthening research ecosystems, and expanding the global visibility of African scholarship. His work sits at the intersection of political economy, governance, and African development, with a focus on repositioning Africa as a producer of knowledge and a driver of global intellectual discourse. He is the founder of the Young African Leaders Forum (YALF), a continental platform dedicated to leadership development, civic engagement, and policy dialogue, and the founding editor of the Young African Leaders Journal of Development (YALJOD), a peer-reviewed publication amplifying African research in governance, education, and development.
